Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s)
• Understand and communicate client business needs to the internal team
• Manage project relationship with select client organization
• Responsible for the success and satisfaction of the individual client relationship(s)
• Lead projects/initiatives to conclusion/delivery
• Promote high standards of professional integrity on all proposed and actual client business solutions
• Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the project
• Provide leadership, support and ongoing guidance to members of the project team
• Create and maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
• Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
• Manage client, third-party vendor and internal team performance and dynamics as appropriate
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks

Required Skills:
• Fluent English
• 3+ years of Account/Project Management experience, ideally in online business or advertising
• Experience working with complex clients
• Experience with site development, specifically involvement in large scale site design, buid-out and maintenance/enhancements
• Demonstrated understanding of Customer Relationship Management, Content Management, Analytics, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Internet Technologies
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills
• Keen sense of creative thinking and problem solving
